Engineer, I-Sr Lead (Nuc)- Civil/Structural Design State Arkansas | City Russellville Job Title: Work Place Flexibility: Legal Entity: Job Title: Engineer, I-Sr Lead (Nuc)- Civil/Structural Design Work Place Flexibility: Onsite Legal Entity: Entergy Operations, Inc.-EOI **This position can be filled as an Engineer I, II, III, Sr or Sr. Lead based on experience.** Job Summary/Purpose Identifies and resolves plant issues and acts as a liaison between engineering team and other station departments. Maintains configuration control for the plant. Job Duties/Responsibilities Supports Maintenance, Operations, and other organizations on site in resolution of plant issues which stem from significant events or complex plant equipment problems Support and maintain Emergency Response Organization (ERO) qualifications and duties. Interfaces with Maintenance and Operations for cost effective maintenance strategies. Issues engineering changes (Design changes and temporary modifications) to support emergent plant issues and equipment reliability issues. Helps support planning and prioritization aspects of project life cycle. Implements action plans of senior team members to address deficiencies via the corrective action and work management processes. Supports changes in system configuration/design and design basis. Develops engineering products in accordance with defined standards and procedures. Participates in project teams for critical on-line system outages or refueling outages.
