Job Description: As a Senior BI Analyst for the NCE region, you will play a key role in enabling commercial, product, and leadership teams to make confident, data-driven decisions. You will go beyond reporting, proactively uncovering opportunities, shaping strategic initiatives, and equipping stakeholders with the insights and tools they need to improve performance and drive growth. This role combines deep analytical capability with strong business partnering. You'll work hands-on with data, while also being a trusted advisor to senior leaders, product managers, and marketing teams. You will contribute to building the foundations of the NCE BI & Analytics function, helping to raise standards, share best practice, and embed a culture of evidence-based decision-making across the business. As an “all-rounder” analyst, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
