Position Description ENSCO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage projects and programs offering engineering, testing, research and training services to the railway industry in the areas of track, rolling stock, signals and communications, and human factors. Projects may involve a variety of efforts including - Rolling stock testing such as ride quality, braking performance, noise/vibration levels and vehicle acceptance tests. - Vehicle and track component evaluations - Signal and communications testing - Ergonomics and human factors Participation in these efforts may include: - Writing test plans, test reports and briefings - Development of price quotes - Coordination of logistics and on-site activities - Oversight of profit and loss of projects - Review of invoices - Serving as a point of contact with internal and external project stakeholders - Managing project teams including work assignments, budget management and administrative activities Railroad regulations require that the selected candidate must pass an e-RAILSAFE security background check and online safety tests to work on railroad properties.
