What you'll do The IT Systems Engineer is a key member of the IT Infrastructure team, responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems used to manage and control end-user devices, services, and enterprise applications. This role handles 2nd and 3rd-level technical support, system optimization, and ensures the stability, security, and scalability of platforms such as Entra, Jamf, Intune, Microsoft Office 365, MS Defender, Atlassian tools, and other IT systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to system management, and effective troubleshooting skills. Key Responsibilities System Administration and Maintenance : - Administer and maintain core IT systems, including: - Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) for identity and access management. - Microsoft Intune and Jamf for device management.
