About this role
Project Scheduler Country United States This is a CONTRACT POSITION. Your employment will be held by a third-party company of ENGIE's choosing. Any offered contract role will not constitute an offer for nor guarantee of future employment with ENGIE. Duration: Twelve Months Compensation: Pay Rate: $50.00/hr Location: Houston What You Can Expect As the Project Scheduler, based in Houston, TX you will work within the Networks GBU Team as the primary scheduling expert/resource for Project Managers. In addition, the Schedule Specialist will set standards and define the processes to use to monitor, update, and analyze project schedules. The Schedule Specialist will collaborate with all project teams and the project controls staff within the Business Unit, and liaise with personnel at the Group Business Unit level as necessary. Develop and maintain detailed Integrated Master project schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6 scheduling software Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect approved changes in scope, timelines, and resources. Coordinate with project managers, team members, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for schedule updates. Identify potential scheduling conflicts, trends, and provide recommendations for resolution through variance reports and What-if scenarios. Prepare and present schedule reports and updates to project stakeholders and senior management. Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
