Product Strategy Advisor Country United States What You Can Expect The Product Strategy Advisor - Power is responsible for leading the development, positioning, and lifecycle management of ENGIE's power products across North America. This strategic role bridges market intelligence, customer needs, system constraints, and commercial innovation to deliver differentiated energy solutions that drive growth, profitability, and sustainability. This role requires someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that can manage change and can trailblaze and create new processes, procedures and products and bring them to the stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based in Houston TX, Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Innovation You will define and execute the power product roadmap aligned with ENGIE's commercial strategy and energy transition goals. You will be monitoring market trends, regulatory changes, and customer feedback identifying new product opportunities. You champion innovation in product design, including renewable integration, flexible load solutions, and digital offerings. Commercial Leadership You'll collaborate with Origination, Sales, Structuring, and Trading teams to ensure product-market fit and commercial viability. You will lead go-to-market strategies, pricing frameworks, and value propositions for power products (e.g., PPAs, retail electricity, demand response).
