About this role
Electrical Technician Country Saudi Arabia Position Summary: The role requires to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of all electrical equipment and systems in the Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) and Desalination Plant. The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical assets, supporting uninterrupted power and water production. The Job Holder will work closely with other Electrical Technicians to ensure Plant Routines are carried out efficiently and to high quality standards; Technical Responsible to ensure compliance of IMS. Practical experience of maintaining Electrical equipment gained through hands on experience and formal training. Organizing spares, tools and equipment to carry out maintenance activities Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on a range of major Electrical systems in accordance with OEM Manuals and industrial best practices for the equipment. Performs troubleshooting activities independently as necessary to determine failure conditions and rectifies the defects found. Works with Plant Operations Personnel for resolving problems encountered with control equipment under the guidance/instructions of the ELECTRICAL Foreman/Engineer. Ability to carry out duties with minimum supervision Practical knowledge of plant isolations from system hazards Sufficient Knowledge of health & safety and safe working practices Support department for improvement in safety culture Ensures a safe working environment for him
