Your mission As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the project's document control processes, ensuring accuracy, traceability, compliance, and timely distribution of all technical and administrative documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Manage the project document control system, ensuring proper coding, registration, distribution, filing, and archiving of documentation. Maintain updated document databases, ensuring full traceability and version control. Coordinate the receipt, review, and issuance of technical, administrative, and contractual documents. Ensure compliance with client and company document control procedures and standards. Support preparation of project deliverables for audits, inspections, and project close-out activities.
