BlackLine Expert - Finance Transformation (with French) Country Romania Service Description: The Global Business Support (GBS) entity brings together the Group's Shared Service Centers in France and Belgium. It covers seven functional areas: General and IT Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Real Estate and Logistics, Information Systems, Internal Consulting, and Legal. Main Missions: • Standardize, simplify, and secure processes • Act as the reference operator for ENGIE's support functions and as a trusted partner for the Group's operational entities • Contribute to the Group's overall performance ENGIE GBS is fully committed to the zero-carbon transition. Your mission: Reporting to the Finance Satellites AMOA Manager, in charge to BLACKLINE Software , you will be responsible for carrying out the missions and activities described below: • Ownership of change requests and enhancements in close collaboration with the Global Process Owners of the process • Participation in requirements-gathering workshops (Fit/Gap workshops, detailed design workshops, etc.) • Monitoring and validation, in collaboration with the Global Process teams, of the Design phases and related deliverables (DFS/DD) • Management and support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases with Accounting, • Monitoring of the production deployment • Contribution to training sessions to support the rollout of enhancements to end users • Level 2 support provided to IT teams in the context of technical incidents • Support to end users, including tool proficiency, assistance with the impl
