Assistant Manager Quality -(Civil -Field Quality)-Site Country India Site Civil Quality- Assistant Manager- Solar PV Projects Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Site Civil Quality - Assistant Manager to oversee all civil quality management activities at utility-scale Solar PV project sites. The role requires deep expertise in civil engineering, strong knowledge of QA/QC frameworks, and the ability to ensure the highest standards of quality, durability, and compliance in all civil works. The Civil Quality Assistant Manager will manage the site quality function, enforce international standards, and ensure defect-free execution of foundations, structures, buildings, and associated infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance & Control Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific Civil QA/QC plans, Method Statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Oversee quality inspections of all civil works including module mounting structure foundations, inverter/transformer foundations, control rooms, boundary walls, internal roads, stormwater drainage, and cable trenches . Ensure proper quality checks on concrete works, reinforcement, compaction, curing, and geotechnical aspects . Manage non-conformance identification, reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Maintain comprehensive quality records for audits and client/consultant review.
