Meet the Team As Facilities Assistant Trainee, you will work closely with the Workplace Resources (WPR) team-the heartbeat of our physical and digital work environment. We are responsible for creating inclusive, sustainable, and high-performing workspaces that empower Cisco employees to innovate and thrive. You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals dedicated to facilities management, real estate strategy, logistics, mail room and shipping operations, and enhancing the overall employee experience across our cafeteria and transport services. Your Impact T raining on various administrative tasks such as Badge Issuance and coordination with employees. Maintenance of the reception area, conference rooms, café and other common areas. Respond to client inquires and concerns. Training on creation of work orders in the tool and request for resources for building and housekeeping services as needed. Training on upkeep of common area equipment to ensure efficiency. Training on event co-ordination. e.g.: transportation for guests, signages, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security. Preferred Qualifications * Completed 3-year Non-Engineering degrees (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM, BHM etc.) * You must have graduated in 2025/2026 and should have Provisional Degree Certificate. * Must be available for a period of 12 months starting Sept 2026 * Basic Knowledge of
