About this role

Assistant Manager, Business Development (IFM) Country Singapore Responsibilities Responsible in the strategic business development plan, direction and execution to accelerate growth, profit, market share and ambition through ENGIE's solutions in Facilities Management, Data Centres, Digital Solutions, Energy Efficiency and Renewables. Supports the growth of the company's data centre facilities operations business by identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, consolidating vendor quotations and coordinating with internal teams. Identify new business opportunities in data centre operations, colocation services and critical facilities management Conduct market research on competitors, pricing trends, customer needs and emerging technologies Support the development of sales pipelines and maintain tracking of business opportunities Assist in preparing business cases, revenue models and commercial proposals. Participate in client meetings, presentations and site visits Consolidate vendor quotations for equipment, services and specialist solutions required for proposals or tenders Support tender preparation including documentation, technical input, compliance checks and pricing coordination. Ensure tender submissions meet all deadlines and internal approval processes. Requirements Degree in Business/Facilities Management/Engineering or equivalent At least 4 years relevant experience in data centre operations/solutioning/services sales Experience in business development, sales support or tender management within mission-critical or facilitie
