Job Summary Develop high-quality software following defined standards, processes, and procedures to meet the R&D project roadmap in the agreed time frame. A developer may also need to perform other duties which include but are not limited to; Product Implementations, Testing, Bug Fixing, Documenting, Customer Support, Training, drafting requirements, and specifications, accurately estimating times for work items, and assisting other developers. Software development in itself is complex and constantly evolving. The job holder must keep abreast of new developments in technology and effectively work through situations requiring adaptation or development of new solutions through analytical, interpretative, evaluative, creative, and innovative thinking.
