Job Description: We are seeking a professional and organized Closing Shift Lead to join our Domino's team in Kaysville, Utah. As the Closing Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all closing operations, leading your team to ensure exceptional service delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. This is a key leadership position where you will make a direct impact on our store's success and create a positive work environment for your team. Supervise and lead the closing shift team, ensuring all staff members are performing their duties efficiently and professionally Oversee food preparation, quality control, and adherence to food safety standards and company protocols Manage cash handling procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation, deposits, and financial accuracy Conduct inventory checks and manage stock levels to minimize waste and ensure product availability Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and secured at the end of each shift Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly Train and mentor team members on company procedures, customer service standards, and operational best practices Monitor compliance with all company policies, health codes, and safety regulations Prepare closing reports and communicate any issues or concerns to management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both staff and customers Motivate and support your team to achieve performance goals and maintain high
