Includes senior to technical expert engineers, able to perform highly difficult and very complex work requiring extensive knowledge of the subject matter and significant experience within functional assignment area. The Mechanical Design Engineer provides mechanical engineering design and project support for nuclear plant modifications, capital projects, and system upgrades at North Anna Power Station. The role supports medium to large capital projects through all phases of the design lifecycle, ensuring mechanical design solutions comply with regulatory, safety, quality, and plant design basis requirements. The position requires independent engineering judgment, strong technical rigor, and effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
