Review the position below and apply today. Job Summary Ensures timely filing of rate applications. Evaluates independently the need for regulatory filings. Oversees, develops, and prepares regulatory filings, associated rates/tariffs, work papers, documentation, analyses, discovery responses, and testimony. Oversees, develops, and prepares pricing studies, by coordinating competitive analysis, cost allocation studies, and technical analysis. Monitors and analyzes regulatory changes. Provides rate support to outside consultants, and internal and external counsel. Supports and defends company positions in negotiations and formal proceedings, by preparing expert written and oral testimony. Maintains effective working relationship with commission staff and regulatory stakeholders. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience 7-8+ years of experience in state and/or federal regulatory and rate setting process, or equivalent experience. Ability to be an expert witness. Effective oral communication, written communication, presentation, coaching, and teaching skills. Demonstrated knowledge of advanced accounting and financial concepts, analytical techniques, and regulatory issues. Outs
