This position is also responsible for end-to-end RPO service delivery, operational excellence, client outcomes, and financial performance. The ideal candidate brings deep operational leadership experience within RPO, or talent services, with a proven ability to design scalable delivery models, lead multi-country recruiting operations, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Technology to deliver enterprise-grade RPO solutions across the Americas.
