About this role
Machine Shop Intern Tuscon, Arizona We are seeking a Machine Shop Intern to support our Shop and/or Quality teams. This is an observational learning role designed for individuals interested in gaining exposure to machine shop operations and quality inspection processes. The intern will shadow experienced employees, follow instructions, and learn job duties through observation. This role is not intended to perform work independently. Responsibilities Observe and follow machine shop or quality personnel during daily tasks Learn basic machine shop and quality inspection processes Follow instructions from supervisors and assigned employees Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork at all times Comply with all workplace safety rules and policies Qualifications High school education (or currently enrolled) No prior experience required Ability to take direction and learn through observation Must be able to speak and understand English Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and lean over work areas for extended periods Ability to lift parts up to approximately 10 pounds Ability to use hands and forearms for handling parts Must not be allergic to cutting fluids or grinding dust #HireFinder #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite We are seeking a Machine Shop Intern to support our Shop and/or Quality teams.
