Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Landscaper who is passionate about outdoor work and eager to grow with our company. This role involves hands-on landscaping, lawn care, irrigation installation, and hardscape construction. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks: mowing, edging, fertilizing, and turf maintenance. Conduct landscape maintenance: pruning, trimming, and plant health care. Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction machinery (e.g., excavators). Install and troubleshoot irrigation systems for proper coverage. Maintain gardens: planting, mulching, and seasonal updates. Execute commercial and residential pressure washing. Construct hardscape features: patios, walkways, retaining walls, and sod installation. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment. Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor maintenance. Mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Familiarity with landscaping principles, tree care, and garden management. Experience in irrigation installation and troubleshooting (preferred). Knowledge of pressure washing operations (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions. Prior experience in hardscape or general construction (advantageous). Valid Driver's License (required).
