Position Summary As a Crew Member, you will work alongside experienced field crews on a variety of construction and utility projects including underground utilities, fiber installation, excavation, site preparation, and infrastructure development. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow with a company that invests in its people. What You'll Do Assist with construction, excavation, and utility installation projects Operate hand tools and assist with equipment setup and cleanup Support crews with trenching, site preparation, and material handling Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite protocols Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic on every jobsite Represent the company with professionalism and respect in the field What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to learn and grow within the company Team-oriented mindset Construction or utility experience is helpful but not required Valid driver's
