About this role

Vessel Bosun Morgan City, LA, United States Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore energy industry. We develop products and services for use throughout the lifecycle of an offshore oilfield, from drilling to decommissioning. We operate the world's premier fleet of work class ROVs. Additionally, we are a leader in offshore oilfield maintenance services, umbilicals, subsea hardware, and tooling. We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, ESSENTIAL: Lead daily deck operations and assign tasks to ABs and deck crew. Oversee deck maintenance, preservation of painted surfaces, and line upkeep. Coordinate emergency response duties and ensure readiness of lifesaving and firefighting equipment. Conduct deck watches, safety watches, and support navigational o REQUIRED: Three to five years of deck operations experience with at least one year in a leadership role. Valid Merchant Mariner's Credential with Bosun or AB Unlimited Endorsement. STCW-95 certification with RFPNW. Knowledge of SMS shipboard procedures. Valid TWIC card.
