Staff Technical Program Manager, Revenue Product Compliance San Francisco Bay Area Discord is used by over 200 million people every month for many different reasons, but there's one thing that nearly everyone does on our platform: play video games. Over 90% of our users play games, spending a combined 1.5 billion hours playing thousands of unique titles on Discord each month. Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming. Technical Program Managers operate within the Engineering organization and have technical knowledge that enables them to manage company-wide programs, guide cross-team projects, and accelerate the execution of a team's roadmap. Consumer Revenue and Revenue Infra are the teams at the heart of premium experiences at Discord. You'll be working closely with the teams responsible for products such as Nitro, Shop, and Orbs. Your work will be vital in delivering a high-value premium experience, without compromising the core experience for our free users all while maintaining a compliant business. This is a Staff TPM role, reporting to the Senior Manager of TPM, responsible for developing and driving revenue projects and compliance programs.
