As an Engineering Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to sourcing and screening candidates, and offers negotiation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific technical needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to find the best fit for the team.
