SUPERVISORY OPERATIONS PROGRAM MANAGER Camp H.M. Smith Marine Corp Base, Hawaii Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Certain Personnel/Modified Direct Hire Authority. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Interested applicants must follow the directions in the "How to Apply" section of this flyer to be considered. Duties You will be responsible for supervising all other civilian employees within a branch of the Command and Control Communications, Computers, and Cyber Operations Division and managing the entirety of the branch projects, processes, and products. You will direct and review all branch decision support products for command leadership. You will proactively engage and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders including theater functional and service components, sub-unified commands, support agencies, and subordinate joint task forces. You will plan, implement, and/or review technical issues and activities in support of operational priorities. You will coordinate with the Branch Chief as needed to guide branch personnel to provide finished or final products for presentation at senior-level decision-making. You will gain and maintain mastery-level Subject Matter Expertise on related policies/processes such as cyber mission assurance, defense critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, DoW information network operations, and defensive cyberspace operations.
