SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST Millington, Tennessee Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND. Duties You will manage the Federal Budget process, DON Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) cycles for the organization. You will evaluate complex legislation, policy, and regulatory decisions concerning Navy accounting, funds distribution, and civilian labor funding. You will communicate effectively and provide responsive and thorough answers to customers. You will create spreadsheets that effectively calculate and forecast data using detailed financial and accounting analysis.
