PROGRAM ANALYST Broadway Complex, San Diego, California Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PROGRAM SUPPORT DIVISION of COMNAVREGSW SDIEGO. The salary range for positions filled at the GS-11 is $85,307 to $110,905. The salary range for positions filled at the GS-12 is $102,246 to $132,923. Duties You will serve as a technical advisor on program analysis results, process compliance, or business products or services. You will advise senior leaders on the most effective use of manpower resources within an organization. You will evaluate proposed changes in operating procedures for impact to contracting programs including executing COR responsibilities for assigned contracts. You will brief senior leaders regarding financial or workload analysis and reviews. You will present reports on issues (e.g., budget, problem resolution, management planning, policy issues) to managers. Education Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications (https://www.ed.gov/). Therefore, provide only the attendance and/or degrees from schools accredited by accrediting institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Failure to provide all of the required information as stated in this vacancy announcement may result in an ineligible rating or may affect the overall rating. FOR THE GS-11 GRADE LEVEL: Have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
