About this role

Management & Program Analyst Solomons, Maryland Summary You will serve as a Management And Program Analyst in the Fleet Readiness Center Aviation Support Equipment (FRCASE) Business Office. Duties You will apply knowledge of budget execution, cost estimating, and financial tracking methodologies sufficient to evaluate funding requirements, and identify discrepancies. You will apply knowledge of acquisition and contracting processes sufficient to coordinate with contracting personnel. You will follow DoD, DON, and FRCASE policies, regulations, and procedures related to financial management, and program execution. You will integrate estimate development, financial tracking, contract coordination, and data analysis to support operational readiness across FRCASE sites and fleet customers. Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
