LEAD SECURITY SPECIALIST (LOCAL COMMUTING AREA ONLY) Kings Bay, Georgia Summary You will serve as a LEAD SECURITY SPECIALIST in the SWFLANT, Security Department of SWFLANT KINGS BAY. Duties You will support the Access Control Supervisor in implementing the SWFLANT Access Control Program. You will be responsible for the proper execution of the SWFLANT Entry Authorization List (EAL) Program. You will create appropriate SOPs, training presentations, desk guides, and other required documentation for EAL and LA badge functions to ensure proper management of the EAL program. You will conduct various internal audits and self-assessment of the EAL program. You will validate access eligibility and approves visit requests and permanent badge applications for personnel requiring access to SWFLANT AOR. You will create SOPs, training presentations, desk guides, and other required documentation to ensure proper swipe access system management. You will maintain a good working relationship and liaisons with SUBASE, tenant command Security Managers, and personnel from various outside entities in order to ensure authorized access. You will conduct various internal audits and self-assessment of the access control program.
