Program Controls Specialist III Clearwater, FL, United States Program Controls Specialist III Clearwater, FL, United States (Hybrid) BE THE FIRST TO APPLY Job Description As a Program Controls Specialist III here at Honeywell, you will manage and direct the control and oversight of various aspects of a project, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager and you'll work out of our Clearwater, Florida location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring the successful execution and financial control of projects, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead or Support the Development of Initial Program Baselines Prepare and Analyze Cost Report Data EAC Management on Assigned Programs Lead or Support to Compliant Baseline Change Management Ensures Cost and Schedule Integration Proactively and Effectively Communicates with Integrated Product Team and Customers Assist with identifying root cause and impact analysis. Recommend corrective actions Improve processes Mentor Other Program Team Members Responsibilities YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 3 years of EVM (Earned Value Management) experience Experience in establishing baselines and EV processes High School Diploma or GED WE VALUE Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Business, Math, Finance or Economics or related field Experience as Business Analyst Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience User experience of SAP system Proficient Microsoft Office package skills e.g.
