Smith Marine Corp Base, Hawaii Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Certain Competitive Service / Modified Direct Hire Authority. Duties You will serve as a Country Desk Officer in the Command, Control, Communication, and Cyber Directorate (J6) of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND. You will lead country teams in the execution of the Command-and-Control Interoperability Management Board (CCIMB) with US and Foreign Allies and Partners. You will review, analyze, and study Theater Security Cooperation Plans (TSCP) and prepare appropriate input You will oversee secure communication capabilities, including voice, data, and VTC, to support interoperability forums. You will maintain program/project documentation using MS SharePoint, ensuring accurate, accessible information. You will conduct configuration management for tactical data links, message text formats, and other systems to enable combined communications interoperability. You will support FMS processes, coordinating meetings, tracking requirements, and ensuring stakeholder communication. Education There is no substitution of education for this position.
