DEPUTY MANPOWER MANAGER Camp Lejeune, North Carolina Summary You will serve as a DEPUTY MANPOWER MANAGER in the REGIONAL MANPOWER OFFICE of MARINE CORPS BASE. Duties You will monitor and analyze trends and anticipate developments to initiate action to fulfill recognized requirements with new techniques or procedures. You will prepare, review, and edit sub-regional manpower directives, implement MCIEAST and AC/S G-1 policies, and recommend new policies for Commanding General signature You will exercise staff oversight over manpower matters regarding Installation Personnel Administrative Centers (IPACs), Manpower Information Systems Support, Military Postal Activities, and Civilian Human Resources You will assist in planning, programming, setting policies, and prioritizing requirements and resources for the Manpower Management Program You will monitor the satisfactory staffing of active duty military officers, enlisted, other service officers and, when requested, Fleet Assistance officers and enlisted personnel and civilians.
