CLINICAL COUNSELOR/PSYCHOLOGIST/SOCIAL WORKER Everett, Washington Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Interested applicants must follow the directions in the "How to Apply" section of this flyer to be considered. There may or may not be actual vacancies filled from this flyer. Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Duties You will provide health care services for Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) and Family Advocacy Program (FAP). You will assess and triage clients who present risk to harm self or others and refer to the appropriate and nearest behavioral health provider. You will initiate, develop, and facilitate group treatment programs to address the needs of families, such as marital groups and child and adolescent groups. You will assist the Navy Clinical Supervisor with developing Non-medical Clinical Counseling (NMC) case management protocols, program delivery criteria, and identifying gaps in existing services. You will receive and assess referrals made by military and civilian agencies for individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing situational stressors, including deployment, grief, relocation, separation, and others. You will develop and execute short-term, solution focused NMC counseling treatment plans for those individuals who request such services and who present with commonly occurring life circumstance issues or adjustment disorders. You will ensure compliance with maintenance, security and safety of records, reports, files and information relating to CAP components and ensures applicable assets and interests are protected.
