BARTENDER A05* Marine Corps Air Station - Yuma, Arizona Summary Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! MCCS is a comprehensive program that supports and enhances the quality of life for Marines, their families, and others in the Marine Corps Community. We offer a team oriented environment comprised of military personnel, civilian employees, contractors and volunteers who keep the organization functioning smoothly and effectively. Duties Major Duties: Includes but is not limited to the following; Prepares and serves a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from a full service bar, service bars, or at events, utilizing established recipes, mixes, garnishes and correct glassware for the drinks. Prepares garnishes required for mixed drinks as needed. Takes food orders, heats up and serves various prepared foods or snacks that are available. Keeps bar areas front and back, clean, neat, and organized, to ensure efficient bar operation, sanitation and safety. Washes bar equipment, cleans counters, cabinets, sinks, glassware, and utensils. Follows all sanitation guidelines. Sweeps and mops bar area as needed during and after shift to prepare for the next business day. Keeps bar stocked properly at all times with the necessary supplies, mixes, garnishes and alcoholic beverages required for operation. After closing the bar, prepares an inventory list of items needed and submits to management for fulfillment or pulls from supply room in each bar area. Communicates to supervisor when supplies are low and requires ordering in ample to time to ensure
