About this role
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (OA) Virginia Beach, Virginia Summary You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (OA) of NAVY LEADERSHIP ETHICS CTR. Duties You will verify travel entitlements and special authorizations are correct and in compliance with the Joint Travel Regulation/Joint Federal Travel Regulation, existing directives and policies. You will coordinate with NLEC procurement department to ensure availability of funds for the line of accounting. You will maintain files and records in accordance with the NLEC internal operating procedures for the purchase cards to ensure documentation is in compliance. You will produce monthly reports to reconcile and verify individual and command Personnel TEMPO data.
