Minerals Revenue Specialist (Outreach) Multiple Locations Summary This position is part of the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR), Director, Audit Compliance & Outreach, Outreach, Coordination & Verification, STRAC Admin and Outreach, Outreach Team 1 and Outreach Team 2. You must be able to report to one of the advertised duty stations. A position will be filled in each of the following locations: Oklahoma City, OK - $50,460 - $80,243 Farmington, NM - $50,460 - $80,243 Duties Assist in developing an effective outreach plan by coordinating with Individual Indian Mineral Owners, allottee associations, Indian tribes, other Federal agencies, and industry on the topics to be coved and the dates and location for the meetings. Assist in the design of presentations concerned with standard ONRR operating processes. Under guidance of a senior Analyst, participates in outreach efforts that involve educational seminars and communication with IIMOs, Indian tribes, allottee associations, other Federal agencies, and private industry. Communicate in person and by telephone on a daily basis with IIMOs, tribal personnel, BIA, BLM, BTFA employees in a tactful, diplomatic, and helpful manner. Respond to routine inquiries from Indian clients and refers complex inquiries or problems to a higher graded analyst. Interface with other team members to ensure consistent application and interpretation of policies and procedures. Requirements U.S. Citizenship is required. Suitable for Federal employment, determined by background investigation. Direct Deposit of pay is required. Selective Service registration required for male applicants, unless exempt. Education If qualifying based on EDUCATION you MUST provide transcripts
