Duties DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Works under the general supervision of the Leisure Activities Manager in a variety of Edelweiss Leisure outlets. Specifically, the Alpine Adventures, Point Wellness Center, and the Hausberg Ski Lodge. Duties will range from working as a retail salesclerk, activity reservationist, equipment fitter, shuttle driver, tour guide, and activities facilitator. Provides guests with information on all Leisure Activities offered, including schedules, prices, activity lengths, and available local "on your own" activities. Reserving bookings and taking payment for all activities offered from Tours, Spa treatments, and Ski lesson activities. Assist guests with the fitting of clothing and equipment for winter and summer activities, including skis, snowboards, and bicycles. Sells various souvenir retail items as well as accountable tickets for local ski lifts and attractions. Prepares daily activity reports indicating the number of passengers on each tour, tickets sold, money collected, etc. Informs supervisor when activity capacities are met in order to adjust schedules to increase availability for guests.
