Project Manager (Stakeholder Liaison) Vicenza, Italy Summary About the Position: As a Project Manager (Stakeholder Liaison), you will be responsible for managing the efficient and effective coordination of the program planning, scope, development, design, and construction of major projects. Duties Serve as Europe District's primary point of contact with the Vicenza Military Installation, responsible for construction project management, control, and execution by coordinating with Installation resources. Projects include feasibility studies, protection projects, rehabilitation projects, and various military construction projects (MILCON). Integrate partner's requirements and participation into a complex and comprehensive program management plan. Advise District personnel on project-specific issues important to the customer. Provide briefings on program status to partners and others. Coordinate engineering projects of substantial scope and complexity as measured by the diversity, geographical area, management demands, technical intricacies, and public issues. Represent the District Commander serving as the point of contact for program and projects assigned with partners; Federal, State, and local government agencies, congressional interests, other external organizations, and higher authorities. Ensure the development of all required partners and District agreements, leading the negotiation of such agreements on behalf of the District.
