Fitness Facility Manager NF-03 Fort Devens, Massachusetts Summary Devens Reserve Force Training Area Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) supports the well-being of the entire military community through high-quality leisure and support services. We are committed to building a resilient and balanced community, which is essential for strengthening Army readiness and retention. Duties Supervises and oversees the management and operation of a Fitness Facility up to 8060 Sq ft. Continually assesses facility requirements and develops plans and specifications for projects to augment or replace fitness and sports facilities. Reviews directives from higher levels of authority and prepares implementing SOPs and updates regulatory guidance. Oversees the inventory of property; fitness equipment condition; tracks maintenance and repair or replacement as appropriate.
