Catering Manager NF-04 West Point, New York Summary This position is located at the West Point Club. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives may be authorized if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. This position is entitled to percentage based commissions in addition to salary. Duties Responsible for the management, supervision and service of all meetings, banquets, and catered functions in conjunction with the goals and tasks set forth for the Catering Department. Directs and supervises catering staff in service standards and policies. Ensures security, maintenance and inventory of all catering and meeting equipment. Handles banquet charges at the conclusion of catered functions for prompt and accurate accounting of all Catering department revenue and expenses. Develop and execute strategic sales programs for catering within MWR facilities, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and the implementation of effective marketing and promotional plans. Represent catering and build strong relationships with key clients, including military and civilian personnel.
