Bartender NA-04 Fort McCoy, Wisconsin Summary This position is located at McCoy's Community Center. The McCoy's Community Center Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Fort McCoy Community. Announcement was modified to change the bargaining unit status to No. This is an open continuous announcement to provide a ready pool of available applicants as needed. List will be issued at management's request throughout the announcement timeframe. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Duties Follows established procedures in operating a full-service bar, mixing and serving a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Records sales, makes change or prepares charge slips. Receives and checks quantity and description of stock. Stocks bar, utensils, equipment and keeps work area clean and sanitary. Keeps record of quantities of beverages dispensed and submits requirement for re-stocking to supervisor. Uses tact and courtesy to deny further sales to persons whose conduct has become unruly or who appear to be intoxicated. Performs other duties as assigned.
