To exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3) Voluntary Disclosure Program (VDP). Duties As the Director, plan, organize, and oversees the activities of the DC3 Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP). Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the VDP with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. This position serves as a subject matter expert on the management of crowd-sourced cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
