About this role
PROGRAM ANALYSIS OFFICER Robins AFB, Georgia Summary The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Deputy to the Director of Strategic Plans, Programs and Requirements(General Officer) at Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command (HQ AFRC/ A5A8). Participates in the formulation of program goals, plans and procedures for the directorate's mission objectives. Duties In conjunction with the Director, provides Strategic Plans, Programs and Requirements program oversight for the Air Force Reserve Command Participates with the Director in the exercise of supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Provides technical advice on the development of all Global and Programs Divisions' policies and procedures for the execution of management activities. Directs analytical studies and reviews organizational accomplishments/deficiencies involving resources that affect directorate missions. Along with the Director, represents HQ AFRC at conferences/meetings with HQ USAF, other military agencies and GMAJCOMs regarding Strategic Plans, Programs and Requirements issues.
