As needed, additional positions may be filled using this announcement.This position is also being announced to All U.S. Citizens and Nationals under Announcement Number 26-NDTX-12972443-DE. Duties If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team serving as a Information Receptionist in the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Texas. Typical work assignments will include, but are not limited to: -Receiving incoming telephone calls and visitors entering the office to provide necessary information and establish contacts with appropriate departments. -Responding to internal and external inquiries, providing general information regarding office programs. -Receiving, reviewing, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail. -Coordinating with office staff to ensure coverage of daily operations. -Monitoring and maintaining miscellaneous data files. -Maintaining adequate levels of mailing and shipping supplies. -Assisting with other administrative functions as assigned by the supervisor. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
