The Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) serves as the primary authority for human capital management at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). OCHCO leads department-wide human capital strategy and operations to support a mission-ready workforce through the delivery of integrated services across the full employee lifecycle. As a Supervisory HR Specialist (Division Director of the HR Data, Technology, and Insights Division), you will: -Provide senior-level direction and oversight for all programs, initiatives, and operations within the HR Data, Technology, and Insights Division. -Oversee the design and deployment of tools, digital products, and automated workflows to improve HR service delivery. -Provide data-driven insights to inform executive decision-making and workforce strategy. -Serve as the principal advisor to the CHCO and departmental leadership on human capital systems, analytics, and technology strategy. -Provide administrative and technical supervision to subordinate supervisors and staff by establishing strategic priorities, assigning and
