Instructional System Specialist - Performance Analyst Elizabeth City, North Carolina Summary This vacancy is for a GS - 1750 - 12, Instructional System Specialist - Performance Analyst located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, USCG AVIATION TECHNICAL TRAINING CENTER ELIZABETH CITY in ELIZABETH CITY, North Carolina. Duties You will serve as an Instructional System Specialist - Performance Analyst and will be responsible for a variety of instructional design and development projects, producing Advanced Distributed Learning products, including but not limited to Self-Paced e-Learning (SPeL), Electronic Performance Support Solutions (EPSS), and Targeted Blended Media Elements (TBME). Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Articulating and communicating assignments, projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion to the team. Using a systems approach to design, develop and/or revise innovative instructional materials, producing Advanced Distributed Learning products, including but not limited to, SPeL, EPSS, and TBME for Training Division's schools and staff as well as for hosting on the CG Learning Management System. Developing, maintaining, and managing a program for division staff members to grow professionally at all levels within the Coast Guard Training System. Developing innovative and effective processes for evaluating Training Division curricula and performance supports in accordance with Coast Guard Training System Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Volume 3, Evaluation.
