About this role

Audiovisual Production Specialist Edinburg, Texas Summary Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, Rio Grande Valley Sector, Law Enforcement Operational Programs Division, Strategic Communication Unit located in Edinburg, TX. Additional selections may be made for other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above. Duties This position starts at a salary of $89,508.00 (GS-12, Step 1) to $116,362.00 (GS-12, Step 10). As an Audio Visual Production Specialist, you will support agency informational and messaging media production projects including program oversight for all facets of media productions projects to include audio, video, photography, graphic design, and management of operations. Duties and responsibilities include: Supporting agency informational and messaging media production projects. Responsible for program oversight for all facets of media production projects to include audio, video, photography, and graphic design. Serving as a technical advisor and resource to other Audiovisual production specialists. Developing new techniques and approaches for translating subject matter ideas and information into unique audiovisual products.
