Job Duties: The Customer Engineer Specialist position is responsible for overseeing all designs, implementations and enhancements of equipment. In addition to performing routine repairs and maintenance on the equipment, they will design and implement electronic/mechanical/software modifications to existing equipment, as well as design new equipment/systems for use in our current operation. Responsible for the emergency repair and on-going maintenance required to ensure optimum performance of the user's electronic and hardware systems . Works with operators, leads and managers to determine equipment issues and implement emergency repairs of equipment in a timely manner. Responsible for thinking outside the box to rectify existing equipment misgivings. Includes designing and implementing electronic/mechanical/software modifications to existing equipment, as well as designing new equipment/systems for use in our current operation.
