About this role

Senior Hardware Operations and Robot Repair Lead, DeepMind Mountain View, CA, USA As a Senior Engineering Operations Lead, you will own the physical health and operation of our growing robotic fleet. You will start by mastering a humanoid platform-performing deep-dive repairs and preventative maintenance-to develop the gold standard for service operations. Your ultimate goal is to transform "fixing robots" into a scalable, standardized global maintenance system that can be applied to our growing fleet of robotics, including the latest humanoids from across our partner ecosystem. Managing a small team of experts, you will define what excellence looks like and demonstrate how it can be applied at scale. Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and driving the technical directions of your programs.
