Chief of Staff (Founding Growth + Ops) San Francisco | Remote ABOUT THE ROLE This isn't a normal job. This is a bet on yourself. We just raised $3M to build something new: vibe working. The first agentic work platform for tech-forward companies. We have agents running at everything from 2-person startups to 2,000-person unicorns. We have way more customer demand than we can keep up with. I need someone who operates like a founder. Someone I can give a barely defined problem to, and they solve it better than I could. High agency. High energy. Extremely intelligent. High clock speed. Sharp communication. No hand-holding required. THE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Scale our customer base through product-led growth and enterprise expansion - Manage relationships with multibillion-dollar companies on your own - Build the cult of Dataleap. Turn customers into power users who can't stop talking about the product - Run growth experiments. Track results. Deeply understand how customers use the product - Work directly with engineering to prioritize features based on user feedback - Help us grow the team and streamline operations with the highest standard of excellence This list is not exhaustive.
