About this role
Solutions Architect Remote - United States The Opportunity: You'll help organizations navigate one of the fastest-moving challenges in technology today: managing privacy and AI risk in an increasingly automated world. As a Solutions Architect at DataGrail, you'll help customers operationalize modern privacy programs using our agentic privacy platform, enabling them to automate workflows, scale compliance, and build trust with confidence. As the technical lead for onboarding and implementation, you'll partner closely with customers to design integrations, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver scalable solutions across APIs, AI MCPs, databases, and data systems. You'll guide customers through implementation best practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and help them realize value quickly and confidently. You'll also serve as a trusted technical advisor, working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve the customer experience and help scale technical delivery across the platform. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, curious, and collaborative, and who enjoys solving technical challenges and helping customers succeed with modern privacy infrastructure. What You'll Do: - Partner with Customer Success Managers to lead onboarding and implementation strategy for enterprise customers - Design scalable integration architectures across APIs, webhooks, AI MCPs, databases, and mobile applications - Guide customers through complex deployment decisions, including agent-based and agentless models - Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions - Lead technical discovery, implementation planning, and customer solution design - Troubleshoot complex integration and data flow challenges across customer environments - Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers throughout
